Learn to Bake |
Join us for an informal evening course where you'll learn how to bake scones, bread, cakes, and brownies, and pick-up cooking tips from MasterChef winner Mat Follas.
This demonstration based course is a fun way to catch up with old friends or meet new ones, while learning how to bake some impressive cakes. Your course will end with a mouth-watering dinner of delicious food. All recipes cooked are from Mat's latest successful cookbook "Afternoon tea at Bramble Cafe". We will typically include a Milk bread loaf, Scones, Marble cake, Treacle tarts, Brownies and an iced celebration cake to demonstrate decorating techniques on. |

Relax and watch while Mat Follas demonstrates how to prepare and cook fantastic cakes and gives you the confidence to make them for yourself. At 8.30pm’ish, enjoy a delicious 2-course dinner, followed by tasting the cakes made on the course for pudding. We are a licensed venue and have a selection of the finest wines available to purchase.
