Join us for an informal evening course where you'll learn how to blend alcohol and aromatics, making Gin and flavoured spirits with MasterChef winner Mat Follas.
This demonstration based course is a fun way to catch up with old friends or meet new ones, while learning how to make some exciting drinks. Your course will end with a mouth-watering dinner inspired by beautiful seasonal produce, with Gin or spirits to try with each course. This course makes a great gift for any occasion. Bespoke courses can be organised for parties, Hen/Stag do's etc. |

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Relax, watch and taste while Mat Follas demonstrates how to make Gin and other flavoured spirits and gives you the confidence to make them for yourself. Then tuck into a 5-course dinner of delicious seasonal food with matched drinks. Take away a 300ml kilner jar with a sample of Gin, Bramble Bourbon, Toffee Vodka or Chilli Vodka made by yourself to share (or not) when you get home. We strongly recommend a driver to collect you from this course and have added an optional £30 for your driver to join us for dinner from 7pm. OTHER INFORMATION Cancellations Refunds will only be given if you cancel your booking more than seven days prior to the course date. Changes We reserve the right to change the date of the course but will give you at least seven days notice should this become necessary. |
