STARTER
Salmon Gravadlax, mayonnaise, pea and tomato

Beetroot soup

  Rabbit & prune sausage roll, wild garlic


MAIN
Aged 8oz fillet steak, smoked mash, béarnaise (£3 supplement)

18hr triple-cooked Pork Belly finished in apple and soy, sweet potato puree and crackle

Bouillabaisse of Dorset mackerel & hake with prawns in a seafood tomato broth

Fennel, tomato & thyme gratin

 
PUDDING
Gooey chocolate & cherry bake, salted butterscotch

Aniseed pannacotta, whiskey & lime poached rhubarb

Barkham Blue, Godminster Cheddar and Somerset Brie cheeses, chutney
