We'll also explore the hedgerow and fields, finding a variety of wild plants & herbs and talk about how we can cook and use this wonderful bounty and we'll have a snack of some pastries.
Your course will end with a delicious simple lunch, prepared by the team at the Cafe, inspired by beautiful seasonal produce. We are happy to cater for vegan, gluten free and most dietary requests, please let us know when you book.
Our courses run from March to September each year. During the winter months there is very little to find, so we don't run courses during the October to February period.
