WILD FOOD FORAGING
We'll meet at the beach and start the day with a coffee or tea and a brief chat about what we'll be doing.
Next, we'll have a walk along Chesil Beach, Mat will show you how to identify edible plants with confidence. We might find shells, sharks purse, a variety of edible seaweeds and seashore plants before a loo stop and heading off (in own cars).
We'll also explore the hedgerow and fields, finding a variety of wild plants & herbs and talk about how we can
cook and use this wonderful bounty and we'll have a snack of some pastries.
Your course will end with a delicious, simple lunch, prepared by the team at the Restaurant, inspired by beautiful seasonal produce.
