The legal bit, and we cannot afford to be flexible with this and maintain our pricing, sorry, we do not allow rebookings or refunds within 14 days of the course, there are lots of insurance policies online to protect you in case of illness and emergencies for a few pounds, please get one. We provide over 40 courses for you to book onto during the validity of your voucher, however, in the event your voucher is still valid and all remaining courses are fully booked, then we will allow you to book on the next available course, you must contact us by email to do this before booking.
